ratcatcher
What the article didn't mention is who was arrested (if anyone) - the men for groping the woman's bare breasts, or the woman for exposing her (quite nice) breasts in the first place. In the video, she was watching and smiling as several hands groped her - she didn't look concerned in any way whatsoever. If I were to arrest anyone, it'd be the person who shot the video with such a terrible camera! Where is the video? https://youtu.be/x5RuU4S8Ql0 She definitely seems to be enjoying the manippleation. A storm in a B cup.

Kiteboy57
If ever there was a perfect opportunity to use the UK legal term "Invitation to Treat" this is it, even if the context is not quite correct. Obviously it would appear nothing close to this exists, nor it would appear a sense of humour, in Thailand. KB

Songlaw
Section 14 of Computer Crime act: If you post obscene material on the internet you face up to 5 years in prison & a fine of up to 100,000B Okay. Now this seems like something people ought to be made aware of...
Jonmarleesco
There's nothing to suggest - and no video without, presumably, finding the one on the social network - that the woman complained. In which case, why is the RTP looking to arrest anyone? Something that they can hold up as police work(ing), I suppose.

Aachen
The going rate for having a bare chest is a 100 baht. For touching the woman . ...? You must negotiate this yourself... It is not the task of Thaivisa!

PlastikbinLina
Why wait until after Songkran to make an arrest ?....... Pretty obvious really, the police have to make sure it is not an influential person who is above the law Well it could have been an undercover policeman looking, sorry, feeling for drugs?
