i just have to extend my tourist visa here in ranong for another 30 days,

my questions are

- what are the business hours of the immigration office and is there a recommended tie to go there?

unfortunaetly the whole website of the immigration is in thai..

- where is the immigration located, i think it is near the way to the pier to the islands...

- is there still any possibility to get more than 30 days? i remember the times 2 years ago when there were still special deals possilble, i got a german passport...

Immigration offices are open from 8:30 to 4:30. The time you get there should not matter since it is likely not that busy an office.

Thirty days will be the longest you can get unless married to a Thai or have a Thai child.
