First image above was storm brewing this evening, but headed to Koh Phangan

Second Image... First of my beans were ready today! 

 

Thank goodness this machine has gone, it's been jack hammering up the road for last three days!

So today, I puttered around the garden... gently with my back problems... But I did manage to plant some Apple Papaya seedlings, which I started a few weeks ago

 

These should not take too long to establish! Some Canna plants too, just to establish to divide some more!

Got to take it easy for a while:

 

After taking the shot of the cyclists and runners yesterday, my right leg gave in and I collapsed against a barbed wire fence..

 

I could show the bloody shot of my hand and arm, but I don't think you'd care to see!!! 

 

I headed to emergency, and had a variety of tests and tetanus shot done .... but it's the pinched nerve in my lower back again ... have an appointment for 23 rd, to see specialist, but I really have to curtail my sitting at the computer... it really aggravates my back.

 

Will be limiting my time here for the next while...

Generally during the day  I use my laptop on the porch.... but still involves sitting too long... it's the page hangs that increase the page loading time that does not help!

HI guys after a couple of "bad days" with the old back,/ lrgs I did manage to go walkies today! 

 

1. looking west towards Angthong Marine Park...

Managed to walk east instead of west along Ban Por beach, almost same same... but different!

Thai's sure love their sheep!

I am sure everyone has just had a huge groan over that !  or baaaaa!

 

Take here down to Soi 4 Maenam,, past the Temple,,,, she can play with nice cuddle sheep there! I think they charge to get in unless you know them! 

 

 

Watch out for when nice little lambs turn in to sheep, they get a little feisty! 

 

 

It's also a Lettuce factory.... she'll probably want some Salat too!
