April 22, 201610 yr day 29 paid 1900 to get 60 at immigration what would they do if i went back in ,on day 59 and tried to pay another 1900 ? is it possible or would i get arrrested or deported or 7 days to buy a ticket and go etc ?
April 22, 201610 yr You would be given 7 days (1900 Bht) during which you would have to leave Thailand.
April 23, 201610 yr I believe the limit is two back to back to back visa exempt in a row. You would get 7 days to leave the country. No reason you couldn't go to somewhere like Penang however, and try for a 60 day tourist visa from there. Then extend that after 60 days at your immigration office in Thailand for another1900 Baht. 30 days more on that extension.....making a total of 90 days. Edited April 23, 201610 yr by IMA_FARANG

"I believe the limit is two back to back to back visa exempt in a row." He was asking about getting a second extension on one visa exempt entry. He's only entitled to one extension per entry. If he did apply again, they would refuse to issue an extension but allow him 7 days to exit the country

"I believe the limit is two back to back to back visa exempt in a row." There is no limit on the amount of back to back visa exempt entries. From the website of Thai Visa services Quote "Usually Thai Immigration gives 6 to 10 visa exempt stamps per passport or until System Alert." Unquote Afterwhich you may be informed to get a visa next time.
