Working Visa Ended

Featured Replies

Hi,

My employer and I agreed to end my contract, so i gave him back the working permit.

Now i had a multi-entry Non-B visa. Is it still valid 24h, 7 days, 1 month,...?

When should I leave Thailand without overstay?

If you have a multiple entry non-b visa issued by an embassy or consulate it will remain valid until it expires. Only extensions of stay issued by immigration end on the date your employment ends.

Thanks for the quick reply.

So we ended our collaboration a few days ago, and my visa is still valid until October (multi-entry Non-B). Does it mean I can go out of the country and still re-enter? Or just valid till the last stamp says?

You can use the Visa until it expires in October.

  • You need to leave on or before the 'admitted until' date stamped in your passport.
  • You can exit/re-enter the country until on or before the 'enter before' date printed on the visa.
  • A final entry on or before the 'enter before' date will give you a new 90 day stay.
