It is made by "Merial / Sanofi" and consists of Spiramycin and Metronidazole. Can I buy it (or its generic) in Chiang Mai or where may I buy Spiramycin and Metronidazole separately and give them together. Thank you for reading this. Your help would be most appreciated.
