Just checked and it works fine from my phone on the same internet connection, but won't open from my laptop in any browser with or without my VPN. Weird. At least I can pay my bill EDIT And after a reboot it works on the lappie. Ah, the mysteries of computing and the internet. Since the problem has gone away I'll close this thread.
