I live in bkk. I don't have any credit card. I only have atm card for bangkok bank account. I have already added my bangkok bank account to paypal. I found out that is only for withdraw money.

How can I add money to paypal?

On a similar vein, can I add funds to paypal from my Thai bank, then get it from my Pay Pal account into a USA bank account? Of course, trying to avoid the normal hefty transfer fees charged by banks for money wires/transfers.

Probably not economical

I've had a paypal account in France for a little while (selling on Ebay)

and Paypal charges were fairly high.

Wire transfers could be less expensive.
