Apartament for month rent need info

Hi any sugestions for my friend on budget for a place for a month?

Budget around 10k month.

Would be nice if they got website.

At this time of year (?) there will be quite a selection of places.

For 10k you could well get a place with some service (not full hotel but some cleaning and laundry service).

Basic "sleeping berths" at 5k or lower.

Being more specific about the type and location of the accommodation would help.
