I'm trying to count my PP pages I have two pages in question. I attached pics of them .My question is can they be used even though they have "type" on them?

Such pages are not normally used for visas, extensions or exit/entry stamps.

You definitely will not be able to use those pages for visas. Some immigration officials might be willing to use them for entry and exit stamps if all other pages are full. I personally would not rely on that.
