Im looking to incorporate an ecommerce business in Thailand. I live in Chiang Mai.

I need it to be 100% legal and legitimate.

Current turnover is about $150k so its pretty small. Im looking for decent english speaking, impartial advisors to talk me through all tax obligations for the business etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It can be done - despite what others say. Though you'd have to employ 4 Thai staff to get a visa... security guards maybe on minimum wage? But it would be cheaper, by far, to pay for a 5 year Elite visa and incorporate as an offshore entity in Hong Kong (no tax required).
