Sandbags Please!

(I know this is a mundane request, but I would appreciate any serious suggestion)

My neighbour has caused a drainage problem that will cause my carport to flood in heavy rain.

I want to be prepared, so I need to purchase sandbags. Where can I buy these? Can you have them delivered already filled? I can probably get enough sand from the opposite side of the road (which is always deposited in front of my gate in heavy rain), but sandbags already filled would be a definite plus.

Your local builder's merchant should be able to assist, they will also have the sand. Or you could use rice sacks. If you area is prone to flooding anyway your amphur office may be able to provide the bags.

They invariably arrive as a kit (roll of bags, pile of sand).
