fakename Posted May 10, 2016 Share Posted May 10, 2016 Someone told me that they seen an add on television a few days ago, that somewhere the city was doing free neutering for cats and dogs, but I cant find out where or when. Has anyone seen this advertised on TV or newspaper? I know free rabies shots are given sometimes, but I need some of the boys in the village, taken care of.
