nd the visa here...do i have to send in a ninty day report online after i left to not to loose the visa /getting a fine or beeing refused an extension....any ideas ?

  • You only need to make a 90 day report if you stay in the country for 90 continuos days. If you leave after 1 month you do not need to report.
  • When you re-enter the country the 90 day resets to day 1 on the day you return.

Also

  • When you re-enter in December you will be given a new 1 year permit to stay until December 2017 not April.
  • You cannot apply for an extension of stay until the last 30 (maybe 45) days of any 1 year permit to stay.
  • If you want to maximise your visa you should exit/re-enter just before the 'enter before' (expiry) date printed on your visa.

90 day reports are only required from those who actually spend 90 days IN Thailand. No report is required from those who are not in the country.

Providing you return on or before the "enter before" date clearly marked on the visa there will be no problem.

If you exit and reenter the country immediately prior to the visa expiring you will be given another one year permission to stay. Any travel during the second year will require a reentry permit.
