Hello all, im in bangkok and would like to know if there are programs like waight watchers or jenny craig or slimming ready made meals that one can buy here.. your help is appreciated...thank u.

There is not a big enough market, as you don’t see many overweight Thais. If there is one it would be along the Sky train. You can always eat like the Thais, I think it works out to be the same as what you want and costs less too.
