Driving license age

Anybody has some updates or possible exceptions?

My son is becoming 17 next month and due to logistic reasons it would be very helpful if he could legally drive a car to go to Uni. He has been driving with me on the side for a while and is well trained, but is there any possibility for him to get a car driving license at 17?

For motorbike it is 15-17 only 110cc, which has not much choice I believe.

Driving without a license I suppose would void any car insurance in case of accident?

18 years for car license.

(yes 15 years for 110 cc motorbike)
