Slated
Putting your life in the hands of a bungee cord on a third world nation. There's nothing like it. EDIT: *warning* there's a touch of bad language during the jump *warning* Edited November 7, 2006 by Slated

guardian
Hi Slated, How much did you pay? Was it first time jump or have you been there, done that before. I remember paying like 2000+ for the 1st time and 500/800 (not sure) for consecutive jumps. Been there 1st time in '98 and then again twice till 2001. Never got a chance to go again. Would love to do it again and again. Are the prices still the same or changed? Also, the surroundings have changed a lot. Is it still the place near the go cart racing track or a different place? When I was there, there was only a small pool about a quarter the size of a standard swimming pool towards which you had to jump, but now it seems like a huge pond. While on the topic, wonder how the people who jump off bridges into river are released from the rope after the jump? There seems no mechanism to lower or lift the person.
