60 days or 2 months ?

Featured Replies

Hi

After all i've been through finally i got my 60 days extension

For sharing my experience now sure they need tm30 form for an extension also rental agreement without an expiry date plus id of house or apartment owner with sign of the persone that sign the rental agreement

Ok , now my problem is the extension effect from today ( they didn't add to my last extension)

I put money in bank 2 days before applying for 60 days extension also last day is in Saturday which they close so if i want to apply for one year extension for the last day of my visa it'll be 61 days that 400,000 remain untouched in my account but not two months because may has 31 days

So what i have to do ?

Pay 2 days for over stay and applying for Monday?

If your current permit to stay ends on a Saturday you can on Monday and not pay an overstay fine since the office was closed when it ended.

It is two months not 60 days if apply for an extension based upon marriage. For retirement it is 60 days for the first extension.

Thanks for the replay

I just noticed that monday (18 July) , Tuesday (19 July) and Wednesday ( 20 July) are also public holiday so if i go Thursday they will not charge me ?

You could go on Thursday the 21st and not be charged for an overstay.

You could also try on the 15th since you will will be close to having the money in the bank for 2 months. That would also be an opportunity to have your paperwork checked before going again if they said no.
