Florist Thailand "Premium Upgrade"

Here is there standard arrangement posted on the website. It is a beautiful arrangement.

Here is what they gave us after the $20 premium upgrade. Doesn't look nearly as nice as the "standard". Typo on the card too.

No stems and the vase is a jar of water. My wife say's the vase is sealed at the top and there is no way to change the water? I'm out of country and unable to investigate.

Live and learn. I'll be choosing flowers in person from now on. I am a black belt in expectation management so I ain't even mad. The wife was just happy to get flowers, even though they were delivered a day AFTER our anniversary. (this was 10% our fault and 90% theirs)

Thanks Florist Thailand! You got me this time but I'll never order through you again. I applaud your chutzpah.
