Where in Pattaya can I buy Koss KSC 75 ear phones, a cheap Scanner and Sony Lav Mic

prefer not to go to Bangkok

Have you tried "Invade" based in Hua Hin, very good online service, used them a few times and they will try get exactly what you want if possible
