Im heading out today an wanted to be sure that the TM7 is the only form I need to take with me ? (i have the non o visa already)

That is the only form you need.

Plus some document that verifies income or bank account and bank book. Some local offices have special requirements, too. But yes, the TM7 is the only immigration form needed.

If your using bank account you need bank letter and also deposit say 100baht into account on day you apply for extension

I supplied them with condo deeds and didn't fill out a TM30
