Vice squads the world over know that cutting off the "supply" is way more effective than trying to curb the "demand". If you look at the other photos you can see that these are the four "boys" in question. Personally they look like yobs to me and they probably spend most of their time on the back of motorbikes stealing gold chains, or beating up farang tourists in dark alleys.
