PATTAYA: -- At 2am on the morning of May 26 the police were called to an incident outside Royal Garden Plaza where another ladyboy had been detained by a Pattaya motorbike taxi driver.

Thirty-five year old Komsan Prongkamol was waiting for a customer when he watched the ladyboy dancing in the street and hugging passers-by. He then observed suspicious activity and thought he saw something being placed behind the katoi’s back and down his shorts.

Alerted by this Mr Prongkamol, who is also a Pattaya Police Volunteer, jumped off his bike and apprehended the suspect, a twenty-nine year old called Mr Komsam Piboonsang.

They need to put all convicted thieves in chain gangs cleaning sewers, drains, painting over graffiti, and cleaning up the beaches and trash piles for one year minimum.

The second offense, gets them three years!

The third offense gets them five years.

A financial lien for their food, clothing and medical services during incarceration should be filed against them when released to keep taxes down and encourage a repayment system.

I am proud of that moto taxi guy. Need more like him. He was instrumental in busting ladyboy thieves twice in about 2 weeks.
