Question to the guys working in the Oil&Gas.

What is a fair price for Oil ?

For me $65/70 is about right, what say you ?

100 plus views and no replies (serious that is!) what do that say, nobody has a clue or just not interested in replying? probably the latter!

Oil as everyone knows is sold at benchmark prices, probably not a fair way of doing it unless you are the one setting the price!

The recovery cost of oil varies greatly depending on region & lots of other things (No shit!)

I'm just a Roughneck but based on my experiences and what I have seen $80 Bbl keeps rigs working and most folk happy!

Don't know about fair, but a lot of the deep water projects that got shelved will not become viable until it goes back over $80

I think a minimum price of $65 a barrel is what is needed now, so that investment will restart, so as to avoid a future price shock.
