In Thai and English.

Terrible handwriting. Possibly a name, ลุง คาร - luŋ (uncle) khaan.

DavidHouston has PM'd me suggesting that the final letter is in fact ร์ making the final word the Thai transliteration of the word "car". I think he's probably right, and ลุง คาร์ is "Uncle Car".

Incidentally, there's a Thai footballer with the nickname "Car". Plays for Chonburi FC and the Thai national team, and tried out with Manchester United in the Thaksin days. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiatprawut_Saiwaeo
