I'm looking to Rent here.. What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of living in this area?? How long to drive to the Darkside would it take to eat?? Looks like Jomtien might not take too long to get too.

If you mean east of Sukhomvit Highway then it is a bit far from Beach Road and the nightlife. If you have transportation Jomtien has the charm of being in the suburbs outside of the traffic and hubub of Central Pattaya and Soi Kalo Talo. It is relatively quiet at night but grocery stores like Makro, Food Mart, Tesco and Big C are a bit far away.
