sanukjim Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 When working at DFW airport we had a rule that when there is lighting in the area of 15 niles only emergency personnel were aloud on the ramp.So at that tima no baggage can be unloaded.the Thai airport was just being safe for their workers.
