Certificate of residence from CW

Will Changwattana issue me with a certificate of residence if I turn up with the completed form and a letter from my condo and my rental agreement?

Is that all I need? How long does it take?

Needed for car and passport purposes so can i request multiple certificates or will a photocopy do for my passport application?

You will not get a certificate of residency at Chaeng Wattana unless you are doing 90 day reports to them.

You do not need a certificate of residency for your passport application. Utility bills, your rental agreement and etc translated to English will be accepted. This topic has some info about what others have used. passport renawal proof of address
