Please suggest me a good pediatric surgeon for a 24days old baby who is suffering from spina bifida. He had one operation already but needs another and his parents want to do it in thailand. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestion regarding this.

An ordinary pediatric surgeon cannot manage this. It needs a specialist in pediatric neurosurgery plus a team of others, often including a plastic surgeon.

this is going to be extremely expense to do on a private basis. If money is limited, an alternative would be to go through the public channel at Sriraj (it is a government teaching hospital that has a separate private annex and also a large public one). However language and considerable red tape at first will be issues in using the public channel.
