Serial Baht Bus Pickpocket Arrested in South Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- At 5:30 pm on 15th June, Pol Major Piyapong Ainsarn, Inspector Tourist Police Pattaya City and his team announced the arrest of serial baht bus pickpocket, 31 year old, Ms. Patchara “Koy” Aiemsa-ard, from South Pattaya, Thepprasit.

According to reports, at 11.00 am on the previous day seventy nine year old Mr. Dadrian Mawin from Holland and his Thai wife were taking a baht bus from Soi Liabchaihaad Jomtien 9 to Thepprasit Market, approaching Soi 7 a woman hopped in and sat next to Mr. Mawin but it wasn’t until later he realized that he had lost his wallet with Baht 25,000 cash inside and suspected that the woman sitting next to him had taken it.

Mr Mawin went to the police station to make a statement.

Police later received information that the woman was a Ms. Patchara Aiemsa-ard and managed to arrest her at her room in Thepprasit Soi 7.
