"Ice" dealer and customer nabbed in Mae Nam, Koh Samui

KOH SAMUI:-- A crystal meth dealer and his customer were arrested in Koh Samui Thursday after reports that that someone was selling drugs to teenagers in the Mae Nam area.

Somsak (Tor) Phromcharoen, 35, was caught at his rented room with six bags of ice weighing 50 grams. Police confiscated two digital scales and a mobile phone, reported Channel 3.

Also in the room was a woman called Supitchasiri who looked suspicious.

The 45 year old was a customer and had six packets of ice in her bag. She admitted buying the drugs and was going to take them during the Euro football championships, she said.

Somsak admitted that he had come out of prison six months ago and had no work so decided to sell drugs. While police were processing him several calls came in on his mobile phone from potential customers.

Really, best for you to visit a Thai jail then... Also a lot of foreigners seem to get away, esp when they have lots of money to bribe themselves out of jail..

What you think that kids can't get it now because it is illegal then ? You think the war on drugs has been a success ? Drugs are easier to get and cheaper than ever, a sign that tells anyone with even half a brain that the current policy isn't and never will work. So what is your answer then ? What you think that kids can't get it now because it is illegal then ? You think the war on drugs has been a success ? Actually it isn't being made legal per se, possession under 15 tablets wont be prosecuted, selling the filth is still illegal, this is so people can admit to their addiction and get help without fear of prosecution.
