Everyone still qualifies...then I'm starting to not be surprised why relationship advice is so difficult to take seriously around here.

If Harold's part of that list, then he knows exactly what he's doing and isn't some naive innocent. If, on the other hand, he's had experience with less than a handful of Thai girls and most of his interactions have been through tinder/chat models/dateinasia and similar websites, then I do feel he's going to get taken to the cleaners.
