Juncker – “No renegotiation”

Featured Replies

Junker has egg on his face. He wants the UK to suffer in order to scare off other countries from having their own exits.

Trouble is, the real boss - Merkel has other ideas, hence her summoning Europeans PMs to mother Germany to tell them how its really going to happen.

It is not Juncker who is causing the pain -- it is all in the hands of England.... The fact that he has to actually try and beg the English to actually follow through is a rather sad statement of the situation. The blame squarely rests in England.

Tomorrow's FX chart for Sterling . . .

It is not Juncker that is delaying Brexit... it is many in the Leave campaign itself.

What power rests with the EU? Not giving England a special deal? England just has to invoke article 50, and if negotiations are difficult wait 2 years then trade like any other country using WTO rules (just like Canada and the US does now).

There is no reason why the EU has to give a special deal to someone that wants out. To be treated fairly... just leave... bye... leave now... ok you are trying our patience.... no really... leave... what are you still doing here??.... You said you wanted out, do you have a cognitive disorder... we said we respect your decision... ok... this is really tiring....

Or we could stop paying money, recall all our Euro MPs, chuck out all the Euro foreigners, and close our border.

What are they going to do?

Let me sell my Euros and GBP first.... (luckily my USD hard currency is offsetting the loses there).... Then I will make a killing as everyone moves to the "safe haven" currencies....
