Travelling outside of Thailand question

Featured Replies

Good day,

Since we have been residing in Thailand it will be our first trip outside the country in July. The sheet of paper you get after the 90 day report is filed, does that have to be in your passport when you travel, to show that you have been reporting on time? Also, there is a date on it at the bottom which indicates when your next reporting will be. I understand that this date resets when you travel and 90 days are counted from the day on which you re-enter Thailand again. So do they stamp a new date on that sheet of paper OR it becomes self explanatory that you travelled from the arrival stamp dates as well as the date on the new arrival card when we enter? Thanks.

do you have a re-entry permit? If not you might find that your current extension will be cancelled when you try to re-enter Thailand.

The 90 day reporting slip is a document unknown of to most Immigration officers at Airports and Land Crossings.

No stamp,. it's your turn to do the count.

Due date = arrival date plus 89 days.

Or other wording: 90th day incl. day of arrival.

Add 89 days:

Example, today 25 June, due date 22 September.

And yes, it can also be done without a computer tongue.png
