I have a Thai friend living in the UK, they are moving back to Thailand in a few weeks time.

Can anyone recommend a removal / shipping company that we can contact, sending mainly clothes and personal effects to Thailand.

Any advice is most appreciated.

Maersk Shipping is in Lam Chabang (and has runs up into bkk) if you have enough for a full 20 or 40 foot container. If you don't have that much check with a freight consolidator in your phone book or on the internet.

Numbers on the first one look out of date. Depends on how much you have and how long you will wait for your cargo. Chinese carriers are also pretty good. Asian carriers are often coming back with a much lighter load to Asia so prices should be pretty reasonable.

I used Shoreporter who did Peterhead to Loei effortlessly. They're not cheap though.
