Education Visa: Based in Pai, who offers Thai classes who can access the Ed visa for 12 of us

Hi

I am asking questions for a group of us

who are presently based living in Pai.

The group of individuals would like to learn the Thai language and receive the Education visa.

I have posted my / our enquiry upon Face books

Our Pai Family

and received many interested parties.

However, no one has offered who in Pai that we can contact who is a teacher

with the contacts for a school in Chiang Mai

who will work with the Thai language teacher here in Pai.

Does any one here on the Thai Visa Forum

know who I can contact in Pai,

who is a Thai language teacher,

and / or which school(s) within Chiang Mai whom

I can contact to make the contacts and connections neccessary to establish

such a program here?

What are the costs and procedure?

The best suggestion I have is to contact Chiang Mai University to see if they can set something up for you. They are a pretty dynamic organization, and definitely would have no problem getting you Ed visas if they are in a position to create a course for you.

I don't know if she is interested for that, bit for mine I would stay again in Pai with ed visa

So we can meet to talk about that, and I can speak with the teacher see if she is interested, or if she can

I have contacted them and they can be of noo help I am told.

Quite surprising, no one actually wants to create the opportunity and make an income here in doing this...

Most schools will have difficulty getting off-site courses certified for visas by the Min Ed. That was why I hoped CMU might do something for you. They can easily get their courses qualified. I am out of ideas. The Thai authorities make this kind of thing difficult now. Good luck!

If you all actually want to learn Thai, why not all go and get a tourist visa, come back and attend classes? Or is it the visa that interests you the most?
