Four children stabbed to death in Memphis, Tennessee

Four children under the age of six have been stabbed to death in Memphis, Tennessee.

Authorities were called to a gated apartment complex around 1pm local time.

The mother of the children has been taken into custody, though not charged.

County Sheriff Bill Oldham made the following statement:
“Our community has suffered a egregious act of evil and a tremendous loss today. We were called to the scene of a tragic event where we have four young children who have been killed.”

Officials have yet to name the family or the ages of the children, but officers described the victims as babies.

You know the expression, "one bad apple can spoil the who bunch." That applies to many of the killings we read about.

I meet with dozens of travelling backpackers each year. Their characters vary from decent to excellent.

However, there are many factors which can lead to those few 'bad apples' in the mass of humans. Violent videos, in my estimation, are near top of the list. Other top mentions include: bad parenting, bad leaders, religious fanaticism, lousy teachers, complex brain, .......and more.
