Assuming you cannot obtain a re-entry permit at BKK airport Immigration in the fast-track (business/first class) area, is there an agency that can do the paperwork and take my passport to the Immigration office in BKK city?

CW Immigration will issue one for you but you need to get it before you depart for the airport

The re-entry desk at Swampy is now land-side, you'll need to get your boarding pass first.

You may find one of the staff at First / Business will be able to get for you, can't hurt to ask, otherwise:-

I believe all the Forms specify that you must present them in person.

(and they don't care whether you are travelling cattle class or "Business / First Class")
