So will anyone who lives on the Pratamnak sois be able to leave the area on Sunday morning?

I'm also concerned that they are using that roundabout on Jomtien 2nd Road.

Bound to be a pile up there with runners trying to figure out who has right-of-way & whether they should just stop in the middle of it.

It might be a good spot for handing out fluids if that's the case.

Did it in 1997.

Never again.

Looking at the cost of entry & the amount of runners claimed to be 15,000 it seems it may quite a little earner.

Always found it strange why people pay so much to run a marathon when they do it for free most other days of the week.

Different from the pros who can earn large sums & are also sponsored.

I used to run mini marathons in the past, up to 10k . But running 42k in this heat must be a challenge. Anyway great fun for the runners who can afford to travel all over the world to run marathons. Good luck to them.

Never have and never will...just remember what happen to the first bloke who run it ! tongue.png
