Bali Tourist Visa

Can you still get a 9 month tourists visa in Bali and what do they need, it would be my first tourist visa.

I assume you mean a 3 entry tourist visa which is no longer available anywhere. Only single entry and the multiple entry tourist (METV) visa are available now.

You could get a single entry in Bali.

Note that, while a single entry tourist visa is available in Bali, they have very strict requirements for issuing one. Search for threads on here describing the process. If you are going to Bali anyway, you may want to jump through the necessary hoops. It would be a terrible choice if the main purpose of the trip was to get the visa.

I'm there on holiday for 2 weeks so thought I could kill 2 birds with one stone. I can't seem to find the requirements can you please point me in the right direction?

You would get one 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days.
