Today to 23rd July? So this was a one-day sale?

no one ever addressed the minimum order. The customer is paying full shipping costs anyway on smaller orders (and cash). What if they only want 600-800 baht of stuff? Not everyone can make it to bangkok or the shop.

If you can get traditional sausages from the North of England why can't you get Normal Tea Bags from anywhere in England instead of all the fancy tea you sell?

The promotion was launched the previous Saturday but if you order today and write "Ian said FREE cumberland for TV" in the Notes box before checkout at www.passiondelivery.com then we can extend the offer for you or anyone else who orders today.

The minimum order for delivery in Bangkok is 1,000 baht, for nationwide delivery the minimum order is 3,000 baht.

We have to put these minimum orders in place because otherwise it becomes very uneconomical to send orders. For nationwide orders we have to do the following for each and every Passion Box we send out.

- Arrange with the dry ice company and go and pick up the dry ice at 7am in the morning.

- Arrange the foam box, packing materials, cardboard box.

- Pack the order carefully ensuring the stickers, labels and everything else is packed perfectly.

- Send the package to the logistics company which isn't close to our office.

You can see that there are many processes and the delivery fees we charge customer don't fully cover these costs. It is not worth doing if orders are less than 3,000 baht for nationwide delivery.

I hope this clarifies.

Thanks for your feedback.

We are looking at trying to offer some favourite expat staples, starting with UK expats (I'm from the UK).

Can you or other TV readers list here what they would us to offer at Passion Delivery? I have added in the ones I think:

Marmite

Tetley teabags

Crumpets (we were offering them before but the quality from the supplier was very inconsistent so we have to drop them)

English mustard

Anything else to add?
