Culture Minsiter to designate a committee to look after its project of expanding the National Cultural Center

Khunying Khaisri Sri-arun (คุณหญิงไขศรี ศรีอรุณ), Minister of Culture, will designate a special team of committee looking after the project for expanding the National Cultural Center. She said that the committee needs to look for skilled members.

She said that the project is worth over 5,000 million baht therefore she needed to set up a team to prevent working duplication. As for the qualifications of the committee, she said that the member should have interior design background and good vision as well as having professional ethics.

She said that the 35-rai center will be composed of the national theater, cultural library, seminar building, and cultural stage, adding that the center will be the office of Culture Ministry in the future.
