When I click into my profile there is no option to change my email address, I can change from Mr to Mrs but I cant change my email address?

Have tried calling them and sending an email but no one ever gets back to me, doesn't seem to be anything on google about this either which is very surprising!

I could open a new account, but I don't want to lose my booking history!

Any ideas?

You have tried calling them and emailing them and they never get back to you. What does that tell you about Agoda? It's telling you to stop using Agoda and move on to a better agent. Maybe get information from them only but book elsewhere.

Agoda really is awful.  I've been fighting with their customer service for several days just to change my email address.  I finally just asked them to just delete my account and I'll just avoid using that site in the future.
