BANGKOK:-- Top FHM model Nanthaphat Phonwarat - otherwise know as Nuch - has complained to computer crimes police about images and alleged slander online.

Nuch was the winner of the title "FHM GND 2013".

She has made a case against a male model and three of his friends saying that her good name has suffered after pictures and threats appeared on Instagram.

After presenting her complaints to police she told reporters that contrary to previous reports the male model concerned was not her boyfriend. They were just people who had worked on assignments together.

She said that he had been following her around and taking pictures.

Some of his friends had taken those pictures and photo-shopped them and added inappropriate comments that had damaged her good name, she alleged.

Not to me, I was hoping to see  photos of scantily clad models.

I see they have snowflakes in Thailand also.

I wonder if she has the tag "Public Figure" on her FB page...

FHM and good name. Sure, just like the playboy bunnies, they're widely respected for their intellect and high morals.

Not your type?

I will sue you for posting a picture of my wife

She got her face in the news without paying anyone

I'm not sure if her good name was damaged

FMH is not a high grade rag ( to shinny to be good emergency loo paper )

The next stop is showing a bit more flesh for a few bucks  :whistling:

Pretty face; good enough for me.

This is a news forum, not an 'important news' forum so it doesn't matter.  Whether the item is important or not is subjective and if it's not important enough for you then don't read it.  It's clearly important to the victim.

No, it doesn't, what she is complaining about is a bit more than criticism, she is alleging photoshopped images, threats and slander.  Your comment though does highlight how you cannot read a report properly.

Why isn't she complaining about being "photoshopped" on FHM?

Not important perhaps but certainly novel. The use of the Thai anti-computer defamation law in a legit manor is appreciative.
