Does anyone know what is going to be built on the land that was previously occupied by the structure that housed exhibitions beside BigC, Don Chan?

Good question. My wife and I visited big c and wondered the same thing. 

A sports bar serving 250 different imported beers, a non rip off karaoke bar and a soapy will be opening there next year. Oh yes and a Dukes express opening later in the year.

A mooban by Pruksa. Pruksa Ville Chiang Mai. awesome location.. The Regent mooban that was planned across it is postponed till 2018 i think. 

Aaah a mooban would explain the odd concrete structures that I assume will be the entrance. Wouldn't be my cup of tea as the ideal location but I'm sure it is for some with a supermarket, food court and cheap beer court next door.
