A friend got killed in Milan and read a couple of local papers insulting him.

my friend, 70+ Italian, hosted 2 devils and got killed by them in 2014. dismembered!

Then the local papers insulted him by saying he is a pedophile.

I contacted the italian embassy in BKK and they just ignored me. They used to reply me but on not this matter.

He is a Doctor of Philosophy and he worked with Milan Uni for years.

By saying this destroyed all his reputation that he has made from the entire life.

He is my best friend and ever since I lost him i have come to realiz that life is too short.

so as it is a repeat statement from the defendants, I  can sue these papers , can' I?

but it is horrible to have his name and the story  achieved  by googie.

it's sad if I who has passed away and people still talk about me in a bad way.

sorry English isn't my mother tongue language.  

if you follow and read the urls I provided earlier you will understand what was happening.

All I want is people have rights to protect themselves.

Media outlets will do this to me or my family one day as they did to my best friend.

OP: the word devils is open to broad interpretation.

 

The terms used in English for the justice you seek are libel and defamation.  You'll need lawyers, which means you'll need $$$.  And patience.  Best of luck.
