PATTAYA: -- On Sunday August 7 we reported that forty-year-old Amnuay Kaewmanee was attacked, had his throat slashed and was seriously injured.

It turns out that his attacker was a complete stranger to whom he had kindly offered a lift. Mr Kaewmanee is still in a serious condition and has been transferred to Somdej Na Sriracha Hospital. He remains unable to give a statement.

Pattaya One visited the victim’s place of work at Takientia, Banglamung, Chonburi after co-workers posted CCTV footage of the attacker on social media. The footage reveals Mr Kaewmanee stopping to offer a lift to the stranger, who had been seen earlier wandering around the area.

The attractions just keep coming to Pattaya . This is terrible you must always take care around strangers ,

A weekend at Pattaya for a good slash just took on a new meaning

....busy chipping innocent foreigners that keep the economy afloat......

So this is the reported "foreigner"?

"...a complete stranger to whom he had kindly offered a lift. "

sure, that happens a lot, offering a lift to complete strangers.
