Pakistanis Intended to send Girls to their country

Three women and a man were saved from possible trafficking to Pakistan by police raids in Phnom Penh on Sunday and Monday, with two Pakistani nationals and a Cambodian woman being arrested. Police named the three as 55-year-old Niaz Ahmed, 24-year-old Yazef Ahmed and 72-year-old Bin Nhor.
 

According to the National Police website, the suspects intended to take the four to Thailand by bus before flying to Pakistan where they would likely be sold into prostitut.Two of the suspects, Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Nhor – the alleged broker – were arrested while riding motorcycles in Daun Penh district on Sunday night. Mr. Ahmed was arrested on Monday morning in a room at the Capital Guesthouse in Prampi Makara district, along with two of the victims. In April, 14 foreigners were arrested for human trafficking, including two men from Pakistan and 10 from Bangladesh.
 

A recent US State Department report highlighted Cambodia’s role in regional human trafficking. “Cambodia is a source, transit and destination country for men, women and children subjected to forced labor and sex trafficking. Cambodian adults and children migrate to other countries within the region and, increasingly, the Middle East for work,” the report said.

This is becoming a real problem as the  new "elite" in Pakistan want a gardener, maid, bed comforter etc

& can basically lock them up & treat them as slaves They will never be found once there.

This is a problem that those religious fanatics from OZ & NZ could really get their teeth into

the problem of the "new elite" in pakistan is that the country is thinly populated, there's no unemployment, salaries and wages are skyhigh and even those belonging to the "new elite" can't afford the 2,000 dollars salary for a maid,  the 3,500 Dollars for a gardener and of course no way the 1,000 Dollars "exit fee" a go-go bar charges in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.

Is this the same Pakistan we see on TV? If so I doubt is salaries are " sky high" if anything just the opposite.

What is the connection here? OZ and NZ? I thought the post was about Cambodia, Thailand and Pakistan?

the connection here is the american christian ngo's like world vision who traffic the mentally ill to thailand and cambodia to deal with the problems of human trafficking where there is very little.

they have big money and so can get away with it.

officially it is just not happening.
