The craziest player I ever saw was Hristo Stoichkov, of Barcelona. He had been getting kicked over and over again, and complained to the referee, who gave him a yellow card.
He then kicked the ref, who was hopping about, trying to get the red card out - it was hilarious ! I believe he got a ten game ban for this. Must have been 20 years or so, ago.
Just checked on the Internet, couldn't find a video, but apparently this happened in 1990.
