There may be a Thai language option already on the UK version, just look or Google. Settings, Language & input, scroll down and look for ไทย Thai keyboards for input can be added from the Play Store, if there isn't one in your version of Android. You could easily flash a stock, Samsung ROM meant for a Thai version. You may not have warranty service/repair in Thailand. What size.model did you want? With 3G?
